View All Documents

This report shows the dashboard view of document data for all projects in your Jobsite.  The admin can choose which fields show on this dashboard and the order shown when they are editing the project template.

Manage Document Types

The admin user for your Jobsite can customize the “types” of documents.  This helps to keep your documents well organized for each project.

The Documents Module

The Documents module makes it super easy to share your project files with subcontractors.  Here’s how the process works:

  1. Your subs can request access to your Jobsite at your custom URL.  (When your Jobsite is setup you are given a custom URL such as mycompany.jobsitepm.com.)
  2. You have the option of approving new request automatically or manually.
  3. Once approved, each subcontractor can login to your Jobsite and view all projects and all project files.
  4. The files will be organized by file type such as Drawings, Specs, etc.  You can setup your own custom document types.
  5. The files are available for individual download or as zip files.  Zips are created automatically as a convenience to your users.

Of course, all project views and document downloads are tracked for each user so you can see which subcontractors are most active.  This also enables you to send an email blast to all subs that have viewed any documents within a project.

Send an Email Blast to All Subcontractors That Have Viewed Any Project Documents

From the Documents module, Jobsite makes it easy for you to email all subcontractors that have ever viewed any files within a certain project. Or you can select individual subcontractors to receive the email.  This is extremely handy when project specs or documents change and you need to let your subs know that they should see the new files.

Free Trial Confirmation Page

After your free trial has started, please check your email for a confirmation message from Jobsite.  You will need to verify your email address by clicking a link in this email.

If you don’t receive the confirmation email:

  1. Visit our login page at https://www.jobsitepm.com/login/ and click on the Need Help link below the login form.
  2. Then click on the link “Resend account confirmation email”

If you still don’t get the confirmation email, please contact us for assistance.

Select a Document Type Before Uploading

If you have the Documents module, use the multi-file uploader to add your documents to their respective projects in Jobsite. Before you can upload new documents, select a project and a document type.  This helps keep your documents organized.

It’s best to keep your documents organized by type such as “Addenda”, “Drawings”, etc. This will help your subcontractors a lot!

Note: The Document Uploader is only accessible by Admin users and Team Member users that are Project Managers for the given project.

Request Access / Login to a Company’s Jobsite

Each company that uses Jobsite gets its own custom-branded URL as their Jobsite login page.  For example, a company named Broward Construction would get a URL like this browardconstruction.jobsitepm.com

To access a Jobsite, you will need to setup a Jobsite account which consists of an email address and password. Use this as your login to a Jobsite.

If you don’t already have access to a Jobsite, you’ll need to first request access.  When requesting access, you can select from one of three types of access:

  1. Subcontractor – you are a subcontractor for the company whose Jobsite you are trying to access
  2. Client – you are a client for the company whose Jobsite you are trying to access
  3. Team Member – you work at the company whose Jobsite you are trying to access

Depending on your selected access type, and the settings of the Jobsite, your request for access may require approval by the company admin before you can view any Jobsite information for this company. In this case, you will be notified when your access is either approved or denied.
